ACTIVE COHORT
Bowie State University
The first institutional deployment of the THINK Strategist Program. Running through the BSU Business Innovation Center, training student and faculty strategists and creating Digital Employees across the university's startup ecosystem. First cohort funded through the NSF EPIC grant. Two more grant applications now in progress.
Bowie State is a historically Black university. This program is designed to help underserved institutions become places that build and deploy AI, not just consume it. The results from each cohort fund the next one.

How long does a program run?
It depends on your organization. Programs can run from a few weeks to several months. We set the timeline together on the first call based on your team size and goals.
We don't have 15 people ready. Can we still start?
Yes. The 15-seat minimum is for full cohort programs. If you want to start smaller, we can embed one of our strategists directly into your team. No minimum required. See the Hire a Strategist option below.
How is this different from an AI training course?
A course gives people information. This program gives your organization Digital Employees and trained people who know how to use them. When it ends, you have live Digital Employees running, real results to show, and certified strategists who can keep building.
Can grants pay for this?
Many can. Workforce training programs like this one qualify for federal and state workforce grants. We produce documentation after every program that supports your next grant application.
What does each person actually walk away with?
A certification, hands-on experience creating a real Digital Employee for real work, and documented results. At the Strategist track, they also get access to THINK School and the full CEI certification.
We already use AI tools. Why do we need this?
Most AI tools sit unused because no one is trained to apply them to real work. This program trains your team and creates Digital Employees built specifically for your work. AI without trained people behind it produces nothing measurable.
