How long does a program run?

It depends on your organization. Programs can run from a few weeks to several months. We set the timeline together on the first call based on your team size, goals, and track selection.

What does each participant actually build?

A live Digital Employee, configured around real work in your organization. Not a demo. Not a sandbox exercise. Something that runs after the program ends.

How is this different from an AI training course?

A course gives people information. This program gives your organization Digital Employees and trained people who know how to use them. When it ends, you have live DEs running, real results to show, and certified strategists who can keep building.

Can grants pay for this?

Many can. Workforce training programs like this qualify for federal and state grants. WIOA, NSF, DOE, and institutional development funds all apply. We produce documentation after every cohort that supports your next application.

What is the difference between the three tracks?

The Implementer track focuses on one deployed DE. The Builder track covers multiple DEs across a portfolio. The Strategist track is the full deployment with THINK School access and CEI Certification included. We scope the right track with you on the first call.

We already have AI tools deployed. Why do we need this?

Most AI tools sit unused because the benefit to each person is never made clear. Employees don't know if AI helps them or replaces them, and they don't have time to figure it out on top of a full workload. This program removes that friction. Participants implement AI into their actual job, with support, and leave with something running.

I just want one Digital Employee, not a full workforce program. Is this still for me?

The Implementer track is the lowest-commitment option and focuses on a single deployed DE. All tracks start at 15 seats, so if you need something smaller than that, Managed Placements is likely the better fit -- we build and run the DE for you directly, no cohort required.
