Sample output. Real opportunities are pulled from public federal, state, and foundation sources.

Every opportunity scored, not guessed at

Cassie scores every opportunity out of 10 across four weighted dimensions before it reaches you. Every pursue-or-pass call is recorded with its score, not remembered.

Threshold Scale

0 6.5 8.0 10
Pass, below 6.5 Monitor, 6.5–7.9 Pursue, 8.0+

A pass is logged, not discarded. If your priorities shift, it's still there.

Weighted Scorecard

Fit 8/10
Funding Size 7/10
Timeline 9/10
Strategic Value 8/10

Decision recorded, not remembered.

What gets cut: small local grants where the paperwork outweighs the award.

What gets added: strategic initiatives worth investigating that aren't open opportunities yet, listed separately from the scored set.

You don't have a writing problem. You have a finding problem.

This is built for organizations without a dedicated capture or proposal function already in place, where the work has been getting done informally or not at all.

Pursue-or-pass calls stay informal, and by the time an opportunity spreads by word of mouth, everyone else already has it too.

A capture team that never stops scanning

Six Digital Employees move every opportunity from first signal to a routed decision. A seventh sequences them. An eighth watches what your agencies publish before anything posts.

Proposal Team

6 roles · 1 orchestrator · picks up what Capture routes

What changes once you're not searching manually

A single triage queue

All sources monitored continuously, with screening SLAs.

A funder eligibility checklist

Criteria per funder, plus a master application framework.

A central grant repository

Past submissions and boilerplate in one system, not scattered inboxes.

Some opportunities need a partner, not just a score

Judy checks every scored opportunity for the reasons you'd need a partner. A set-aside you don't qualify for alone. Cost-share you can't cover. Past performance you don't have yet. A required institutional partner. Then she tells you what you're looking for: a sub to fill the gap, or a prime to join.

Questions

How is this different from hiring a grant writer or capture manager?

A single hire covers one role. This is a fractional team: a human Strategist plus eight Capture Digital Employees and seven Proposal Digital Employees, covering monitoring, scoring, matching, research, compliance, drafting, and review together.

Are we still involved in decisions, or does the team run on its own?

You are still staffing the gap, just differently. Go/no-go calls, funder relationships, and final approval stay with your team and your Strategist. No Digital Employee submits anything without a person signing off.

Do you help us find teaming partners?

Yes. Judy reads every scored opportunity for partnership signals, set-asides, mentor-protege eligibility, cost-share obligations, and required institutional partners, then returns a shortlist of candidates with a fit rationale for each. Outreach is drafted but never sent automatically. Your Strategist approves every introduction. We do not broker the partnership or take a fee on it.

How are opportunities scored?

Every opportunity is scored out of 10 across four weighted dimensions: Fit, Funding Size, Timeline, and Strategic Value. A score of 8.0 or higher is a Pursue. 6.5 to 7.9 is Monitor Next Cycle. Below 6.5 is a Pass, logged but not discarded.
