How do I use my thinking with AI, not just use AI tools? +

That's the core question THINK School answers. The THINK Methodology teaches you to encode your strategic thinking into Digital Employees: systems that execute your judgment at scale. You own 80% of the thinking. The DE executes the 20% that requires production.

What is a Digital Employee? +

A Digital Employee is an AI system built around your organizational knowledge (your standards, your decision rules, your domain expertise), not generic prompts. It handles repeatable, high-judgment tasks the way you would, so you can focus on higher-level work. By Builder I, you'll have one live and producing output.

What's the difference between a tool user and an owned IQ builder? +

A tool user adapts their work to fit AI tools. An owned IQ builder encodes their judgment into systems that execute autonomously. Tool users get efficiency. Owned IQ builders get leverage: AI that thinks in their framework, uses their standards, and produces at their quality level.

How do I become the THINK Strategist my organization can't live without? +

The certification path takes you from first deployment (Builder I) through team-wide systems (Builder III) to market positioning and institutional leadership (Strategist I-III). By Strategist III, you're the person who builds AI capacity for others, not just runs it for yourself.

Do I need a technical background? +

No. THINK School is designed for strategists, not engineers. You'll work inside Claude Projects, no coding required. The technical build modules walk you through the setup step by step. Builder I has four modules specifically covering how to configure and deploy your first DE without engineering support.

What happens in the first 7 days of the free trial? +

Day 1: Take the diagnostic and complete Foundations 1 and 2. Days 2-5: Set up your Irreplaceable Playbook and start Builder I (job description and DE configuration). Days 6-7: First test runs of your Digital Employee. By Day 7, you'll have your first DE working and a clear path to certification.

When are the live training sessions? +

Live trainings run on the 2nd and last Thursday of every month. Sessions cover new deployment patterns, capital event analysis, and real-world case studies from active deployments. All sessions are recorded and available in the library.

What credentials do I earn? +

You earn two credentials: THINK Certification (Capital Event Intelligence) from Compound Leverage, backed by real Digital Employee deployments you build, plus an Anthropic program credential. Badges unlock as you complete each level (Foundations, Builder I/II/III, Strategist I/II/III).
