Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 20, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all products, training, implementation services, diagnostic engagements, Digital Employee deployments, and advisory engagements offered by Compound Leverage LLC ("Compound Leverage," "we," "us," or "our") under the THINK brand and any other current or future offerings, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
1. All Sales Are Final Once Service Delivery Begins
Service delivery is defined as the occurrence of any of the following:
- The first scheduled session, call, or meeting with a Compound Leverage team member
- An intake call or onboarding conversation
- Any exchange of materials, documents, questionnaires, or information between client and Compound Leverage
- Access being granted to any training, platform, or THINK content
Once service delivery has begun under any of these definitions, no refund will be issued.
2. No Refund for Failure to Provide Required Inputs
All THINK products and services are knowledge work that require client-provided inputs, materials, and information to complete. If a client fails to provide the required inputs, materials, or information necessary to complete the engagement, no refund will be issued. Compound Leverage's inability to complete work due to client non-response or non-delivery of required materials does not entitle the client to a refund.
3. No Refund After Any Session or Deliverable Has Started
No refund will be issued after:
- Any session, call, or working meeting has been conducted
- Any THINK deliverable has been initiated, drafted, or partially completed
- Access to any training program, platform, or course content has been granted
4. Partial Refund Consideration
A partial refund may be considered, at Compound Leverage's sole and absolute discretion, only if all of the following conditions are met:
- No session, call, or meeting has occurred
- No materials, documents, or information have been exchanged between the parties
- No deliverable work has been initiated
- A written refund request is submitted to marvin@compoundleverage.co within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase
Meeting all of the above conditions does not guarantee a refund. Refund decisions in this window are made at Compound Leverage's sole discretion and are final.
5. All Completed Deliverables Are Non-Refundable
All completed THINK deliverables are non-refundable upon delivery, regardless of product type or purchase price. This includes, but is not limited to, diagnostic reports, intelligence briefs, playbooks, Digital Employee configurations, implementation plans, and strategic assessments.
6. Training and Implementation Services
THINK School enrollment, THINK certification programs, and all THINK implementation services are non-refundable once:
- Access has been granted to any training content, portal, or platform, or
- The first session, onboarding call, or intake conversation has occurred
Partial completion of a training program does not entitle a client to a prorated refund.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, the client agrees to contact Compound Leverage directly at marvin@compoundleverage.co before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior direct contact with Compound Leverage forfeit any goodwill consideration and may result in referral for collections or legal action. Compound Leverage reserves the right to contest any chargeback and to provide this Refund Policy and all related records to the payment processor as evidence.
8. Engagement Abandonment
If a client fails to submit required materials, respond to outreach, or take necessary actions within 30 days of a written request from Compound Leverage, the engagement will be considered complete and closed. No refund will be owed, and any remaining deliverables will be forfeited. Compound Leverage will provide written notice before closing an abandoned engagement.
9. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all current and future THINK products and services offered by Compound Leverage LLC, including but not limited to: diagnostic engagements, the Compound Leverage Score, Digital Employee deployments, THINK School, THINK certification, THINK implementation services, and advisory retainers. In the event of a conflict between this policy and language on a specific product page, this policy governs unless a written exception is explicitly noted at the time of purchase.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maryland.
